October 14, 2019 - Medium to vigorous bubbles. Developing nose. Lots of Coffee. Just so much coffee. Biscuit. Vanilla. Toast. Medium to high acidity. Complex. Balanced. I really liked this. I don't think this will age much more as it is already so developed. Drink up

January 1, 2019 - Pale, burnished gold. Nose: light notes of apricot, brioche. Palate: complex and lively - ripe apricot and peach, brioche, light notes of caramel. Long finish. Outstanding as always.
