May 11, 2018 - Full bodied, robust and austere. Loads of hoppy bitterness and some citrus notes with some heat. I’m not a big fan of IPA beers, but like forceberry wrote, this is obviously as good as it can get.

May 10, 2018 - Best before 5th Feb, 2020. 8,5% alcohol.
Consistent with my previous tasting notes. As far as IPAs / DIPAs go, this is spectacular stuff. Helluva lot of everything but nothing in excess. Worth the 5,89€ for a 33 cl bottle. -

January 6, 2015 - Cloudy medium deep, almost opaque color with a big, persistent white head. Ridiculously expressive nose with intense aromas of orange marmalade, grated lemon peel, caramel malts, burnt sugar, some lemongrass, a little hint of pine needles, a touch of sweet exotic spices and a whiff of fruit salad. The rich, full-bodied palate is as intense as the nose with flavors of exotic fruits like papaya, mango and passion fruit with some caramel malts, grassy hops and pronounced grapefruit bitterness. Very small and soft carbonation. The finish is a bit warm (8,5% ABV) with rich and intense flavors of orange, sweet tangerine, grassy hops and very pronounced hop bitterness. The extremely bitter aftertaste persists for a prolonged amount of time along with nuances of grapefruit, grass and toffee.
This is one of the biggest, richest and most impressive IPAs I've ever had - and one of the most balanced as well. Usually these over-the-top IPAs are just too bitter with no notion of balance, but even though this beer is hopped to hell, it doesn't feel excessive one bit. Incredible depth and intensity of flavor here as well. The only thing that is a bit downer here is the strength of the beer - at 8,5% you really can't have more than one bottle of these, even if you wanted to. Ridiculously good value at 3,13€ for a 33 cl bottle. -

December 24, 2014 - Big flavor, not ABV (8.5%). Fresh, pure, slightly fruity, med-pale malt, with a nice big, nicely, but not overly bitter hop back-end.
Great, deft balance - a stand-up double off the right-field wall. Will look for more from these guys.
