May 29, 2023 - Dark gold color indicating oxegenization. Oxidized on the nose as well with some mature quince notes. Still drinkable with plantain and yellow squash and raw sweet corn notes.

February 24, 2023 - Rilliant and reflective 24k gold color. Yellow squash and cardamom on the nose. Yellow squash and tomatillo notes dominate with yellow melon at the edges. Nice soft texture and acids to match. Better than the last time I tried it.

October 28, 2021 - Glowing neon yellow with a slight greenish tint. Slightly bitter honey with lemon zest and Lemonheads candy on the nose. Notes of sweet and sour lemon with a strong underlying limestone mineral base. All of it features in the finish. it complex, but well-made.

September 23, 2021 - brilliant reflective 24k gold color. Marzipan, yellow squash, Really tasty with notes of quince, cumquat, lemon water, and a long, pleasantly tannic/sour finish. Great mix of complex and easy drinking.
