June 22, 2016 - PnD 2/3 of the bottle let air for 2hrs. Dark crimson purple with crimson to bricked rim. Plum cola sour cherry beet greens and soy sauce on the nose (Really!). Medium weight with tannin of a perfectly steeped English Breakfast tea. Cherry red currant cola beets and celery tops on the palate. Lush refreshing and herbal. Slightly better than previous bottles and primed for drinking up.

July 19, 2014 - Bright and fresh red fruit flavours. Earthy and complex without any greenish elements. Would buy again.
