  October 10, 2020 - Hate this is my last bottle - beautiful color with long lingering finish of dark berries with a bit of toasted wood.

  September 15, 2015 - Very inviting red fruit on the nose,the raspberry in the moth with long smooth finish. mid palate is sweet, with a bit of barnyard. This wine has great acidity, a long , and not as hot as I expected.
  
  This wine has been described as "the Prisoner killer", and I can see why. It's a step above the recent Prisoner vintages at only 2/3 the cost. I intend to have more.

  May 10, 2015 - Nice fruit, taste lingers
  It smells like blueberry and raspberry. It tastes like blackberry, raspberry and red currant. The body is medium/full. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes long.

  November 14, 2014 - Interesting. Immediately out of the bottle it showed like a big CA Cab Sauv even though it is not a Cab Sauv. Big, rich and a smooth mouthfeel, although a bit hot. Over the next couple of glasses, the wine started to become disjointed. 2nd day, it drank like a totally different wine. This is a pop, pour and drink as quickly as possible wine.
