  December 13, 2021 - Don't see this going anywhere from here. Lots of ripe fruit and still medium tannins. No subleties here. Just ripe fruit and tannins. Solid wine but it's one dimensional.

  Lacking some structure.
  Prunes.
  Figs.
  Baked fruit.
  Dissipation of acids and tannins.
  
  Fully developed.
  Drink now.
  Won’t age much longer.

  Clean, developing, medium + intensity aroma of violets, black cherry, dark plums, bell pepper, vanilla, toast, baking spices, and chocolate.
  
  Off dry, medium - acidity, medium - tannins, medium body, medium alcohol, medium finish, medium + flavor intensity oozing black cherry, baked berry pie, dried fruits, smoke, vanilla, savor meats.
  
  Good quality wine.
  
  Drink now — might not be suitable for additional aging.
