  February 10, 2015 - For bourgogne blanc this is damn good. 1/3 Fixin, 1/3 Meursault, 1/3 Macon, 3/3 Great.
  
  Sight: Pale Straw
  Nose: Slivered almond, sesame, lemon zest.
  Palate: Juicy stone fruits, lemon, bright acid and great richness.

  January 17, 2015 - 12% d'alcool, 100% Chardonnay
  Oeil : jaune-vert, viscosité moyenne en parois
  Nez : détestable à l'ouverture, il a bénéficié de l'aération sur les 1er 30 minutes, alors de projection 4/10, frais, minéral, presque salin, touche florale (tilleul), fruité blanc, l'ombre d'une touche boisée très élégante, pointe végétale qui nous laisse une impression de Maconnais/Beaujolais... (?)
  Bouche : sec, ample, acidité rafraîchissante+, légère prise minérale, amertume moyenne, persistance moyenne-courte, rétro minérale, végétale, florale
  Conclusion : sympa, plutôt bon après aération, mais beaucoup trop cher pour le rendu

  October 14, 2014 - Minerality and fruit on the nose. A bit lean and feels a bit small an puny. But it has a good potential. Palate is balanced, perhaps a bit acidic, thin but elegant.
