October 16, 2023 - Better than expected. More fruit density than typical in a kabinett, but it’s all upfront and sour apple with petrol. Lacks complexity but great acidity. Good front end but fades a bit quickly so no length. Much better with food - Szechuan noodles tonight was a great match. Drink to 2025 (whilst still fruit). 91-92pts

July 2, 2017 - Lovely. Starting to develop kerosene notes on the nose but the palate still packs a winning combination of ripe nectarine, laser-like acidity and a lovely slate-y notes at the back end of the palate with a medium-long finish. Not hugely complex but a real pleasure.

December 14, 2014 - Had another bottle over at C&D's.. Sticking to my guns. Best Kabinett of the MSR 2013. It will only get better with time.

June 27, 2014 - Being a local to the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer and having tasted many of the local offerings of 2013 Kabinett I have to say that this shows the greatest potential and overall finish.
Nose: Yeast and Weinberg Peach
Taste: Sharp and acidic, touch of tropical juices
