  May 31, 2014 - Drank a bottle tonight at Swa Garden to celebrate my Father-in-law's birthday.
  
  Aged for 10 years, this wine opened up with ripe fruits on the nose and sweet tropical fruits on the palate. The oak has integrated very nicely with the sweetness of the fruits and a good balance is evident in the wine.
  
  In my opinion this wine is better than the Cabernet Franc Icewine which the wine maker also produces.

  January 31, 2011 - Excellent dessert wine. Liquid gold. Every sip was a journey. I think Sedimantary below described it well, and it has only gotten better with four more years of cellaring.
