Sympathique crémant facile, petite douceur fine, joli peps mais bulle sans fond. C’est très alsacien je trouve, un peu bonbon, gourmand. A voir si trop de SO2… mmhmm j’en ai peur ! -

High intensity aromas of lemon, green apple, peach, fresh baked bread, grapefruit pith, white flower and wet stone.
Medium intensity palate.
Medium (-) body, medium (+) acidity, fine mouse and medium (+) finish.
Mid palate and finish are a bit thin. A bit of bitterness. -
