Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Ben H. Likes this wine:

November 17, 2014 - One of my favorite skin-contact wines. Saline, rich-textured and faintly caramel-flavored on day 1 after a few hours open. On day 2, it was lighter, with a cantaloupe and pear taste and smell, and a slightly watery texture. Quite intense, a dinner rather than a stand-up wine. Good with seafood.

May 28, 2014 - V. interesting wine, apart from the light orange color... v. interesting flavors, not like anything else -- but not much of a nose, and needs a crisper and leaner attack.
