February 15, 2016 - I cut my teeth on Provence rosé drinking Saint Aix, and it’s still just as lovely today. Bone dry and refreshing on the palate, with alluring notes of juicy white peach and melon, apricot, and a pinch of turbinado sugar. True to form, it has that sort of wonderful texture that is laden in wet shell and saline notes. I love this wine with grilled prosciutto and melon skewers.

February 14, 2015 - Color in between light orange and rose. Not very expressive at the nose, but great oily texture with good persistence. Acerola, citrus, and olive, with a touch of burnt honey. Clean with medium complexity. Nice acidic backbone. Perfect with crab.

February 6, 2015 - pale salmon pink, a little orange hue. light aromas: fresh raspberry, floral and spices. soft palate, sour red berries dominated, dry, light bodied, mouth-watering crispy acidity, strength in the core. a food friendly rose matching to most summer dishes.

October 9, 2014 - Popped and poured. Who doesn't love to pour rose from a magnum? Liar! Terrifically fresh and crisp with some sour watermelon, fresh strawberry, and mildly tart quince. Drank this as I watched Russell Wilson run roughshod over the hapless Redskins. The only better spot to drink this would have been Provence. 89pts.

August 18, 2014 - A blend of Grenache, Syrah-Shiraz and Cinsault grapes. Light to pale pink colored wine. Very crisp and dry with flavors of summer berry fruit. Very nice on a hot summer's day!
