June 16, 2020 - A bit thin, which is what I've felt about other Amiot Servelle PN. I bought 6 of these some years ago and I've been patiently waiting for them to age, but it hasn't brought forth anything spectacular. Light and bright in the glass, it's missing some heft and/or fruit to balance the acidity. You might call it sophisticated, since they air on the savoury side, but I would call it a bit miserly. I'd love a bit of red fruit, or even a peppery steminess, but no they are linear, precise, and correct. They weren't expensive, but I was still hoping for more.
