    February 3, 2020 - from 375ml

Wine was tired (fruit nearly gone) but nice salinity and herbal flavor profile. 750ml should be nice today. 88+/-

Would buy again but would drink sooner (or buy a 750ml bottle).

    * structure: medium body, dry, great acidity, 12% ABV
    * finish: crisp, tart, medium length
