June 17, 2017 - Nice merlot. Not a fruit bomb. Notes of blackberry and licorice. Lots of alcohol at first, but blows off after breathing for some time.

August 7, 2015 - Medium fruit, good balance of acid and tannins give this a nice complexity beyond what you expect in a Merlot. Very enjoyable as it opens up, definitely a bigger wine 30 mins after opening, great to experience with friends who don't think they like Merlot.
