September 1, 2015 - Unscrewed and poured. Pungent grapefruit melon aroma. Tart, rich, layered citric and melon fruit flavors with some minerality and funk. Tart grapefruit finish. Tight when first opened, it blossomed as it warmed up and got some air. Intriguingly complex and delicious. The price is not outrageous but is appreciably higher than your typical rose. That's fair enough, because this delivers much more than your typical rose.

September 12, 2014 - Pink grapefruit, apricot-skin, carrot, musk-melon, peach, pear, and apple-mango. Slight Calpis-like dairy-ness. All are seamlessly integrated into bright whole. Overall weird, but having beautiful nuances. Every sip is different.
Oct.31: Opened second bottle. while all the elements and complexity are staying the same, it gained more acid grip, intensity, and focus. -

August 18, 2014 - Sight: Orange/Pink
Nose: Papaya, Pink Lemonade, Carrots, Peach. It changes every second.
Palate: Bright and fruity. This wine is absoluetely delicious. Mineral edge, lots of fruit/mineral/herbal elements. What a weird and beautiful wine.2 people found this helpful Comments (1)
