December 5, 2016 - Pleasant enough without great excitement. Good with food.

May 20, 2016 - Pale straw color, golden reflection. Floral quince & apple bouquet with hints of mineral, crushed rocks, white flowers, citrus peel, green pear & sea breeze. Medium plus weight, deep, intense, quite concentrated, vinous pome & citrus fruit flavors with mineral & maritime influence; a little dense, viscous & waxy cutting through by the crisp acidity present. Long mineral finish.

June 20, 2015 - Greenish nose. Very tart, with lots of citrus and stone. Nicely textured and very long. Perfect summer evening quaff.

February 21, 2015 - floral nose. citrus in the mouth with plenty of minerality and nice acidity without being over the top... would play nice with a good variety of foods. Really nice balance.

January 30, 2015 - Soft, inoffensive and bland. I guess I can see the appeal for a simple quaffer on a hot day - but in that case, this is way overpriced... and in any case, to me, it's uninteresting. Has a fairly nondescript aroma of flowers and peaches, and the palate has a viscous weight to it. When combined with some lingering astringency and a relatively low acidity, it makes for a flabby and tart sensation in the mouth, which doesn't really make me want to go for another sip.
