Community Tasting Notes 3

June 13, 2022 - Could've been chain of custody or perhaps vintage, but this underwhelmed with bell-peppery notes that pickled a bit in the end. I enjoy this wine maker, so perhaps this bottle was not cellared well, as I stumbled onto recently. But it's the adventure we love about wine, right?

May 31, 2015 - Concentrated, spicy savory notes. Too young, definitely needs to put down for further aging.
