January 12, 2022 - Last bottle from a box of six,
and doubtlessly the clearly best one,
great nose, toasted white bread, nuts, chalk and some ripe pears,
rounded on the palate, full load of nuts and toasted white bread, the chalk from the champagne floor always imminent, getting more creamy with more aeration, mid bodied elegant flow, would not really call this finesse, but overall an outstanding mature Champagne bottle with a good+ finish, in its prime now, but the still lively acidity indicates some more years life ahead, ***(+- *?), 92 for tonight -

March 24, 2019 - Next bottle of this fine and good value for money blanc de blanc, very fresh and refreshing, chalky minerals all on the palate, light- to midweight body, very good density, long still acid driven demanding finish, recommended! **(*-?), 90, 91(+) potential

January 13, 2019 - This time this Champagne is all about minerality, predominant chalky aromas are giving this bottle a great mouthfeel on the palate, still almost too young, some bread crust, this time in the backgroung, overall dense and midbodied, good persistent and elegant finish, can be enjoyed now but will still benefit from some years in the cellar, **(*+ -?), around 90+ potential
