February 2, 2019 - Brilliant Shiraz. So Eden Valley - big but balanced, with all those thyme, sage, rosemary and eucalypt flavours. Meaty. Blackberry but with some red fruits too. The flavours roll on and on - the length is quite something. Great wine.

Dark red purple colour opaque.
Opulent texture and noticeable oak. Mint oil or eucalyptus on finish. Powerful barossa shiraz with good balance of acidity. Tasted again 24 h later, the oak was more prominent and the flavours lacked freshness.
This should be retasted in 2023 or beyond.
