May 5, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #117; A mixed set. (@ DJ): WOW!!!! THIS IS SPECIAL!!! Dried fruits, currants, apricots and honey in the bouquet. On the palate apricots and other ripe yellow tropical fruits, butter candy, caramel, coffee and butterscotch. Amazingly fresh and pleasant. Every score between 92 an 97 can be correct, so I don’t score the wine. But what and amazing effort! A white of this age and still beautiful.
