April 19, 2015 - Pop & pour. Clear yellow gold. Strong Apple nose. If smelling blind, I would swear Chenin Blanc. Lighter bodied. This gives off more strong Apple notes at first, the acidity is there, but a bit moderate for Riesling. Some refreshing mineral notes persist as well. Nice, but more of a pleasant drink than a compelling Riesling.

September 13, 2014 - Good with blackened grouper and spicy kimchi at Holley's in Houston, TX. Restaturant allocated. Definitely a food wine.

July 10, 2014 - I wasn't impressed. The nose and palate were all apple sauce with a bit of peach; it lacked the characteristics that make a riesling stand out. It was also a little to rich with not quite enough acidity to overcome the residual sugar.

June 28, 2014 - Thin, watery, flabby, unappealing Riesling with residual sugar just sitting there like a turd in a punchbowl. Disappointing.
