August 26, 2018 - Very pale green/yellow colour. Extremely mild aroma of pear and apricot. Great citrus taste with lots of acidity (almost an effervescence on the tongue) and nice minerality behind it. Great on its own. Paired with roast chicken and an eggplant rice dish (meh).

April 22, 2015 - Unfortunately we can't remember anything except it was an amazing surprise and loved it. If we find again will definitely buy more than just 1 bottle.
