May 31, 2015 - Better on day 2 than day 1. I love a dry rose, but initially it still was sweet. Acidity came through better on day 2 for some reason.

November 27, 2014 - Wanted to see if it is true that Rose really pairs well with Thanksgiving food, but we ended up drinking this during prep time. It's a very dry rose, fruit has faded somewhat and I get more of a mineral flavor. Refreshing though in a kitchen with lots of cooking going on.

October 4, 2014 - Rose is less appealing in the fall but it's turned into a nice day and an earlier close to shipping season delayed this wine. It's growing on me. Started a bit tart and uninviting, but it's starting to get some of the watermelon I appreciate in a rose. Nice spice due to the Grenache. A tasty rose for sure.
Was even better on the second day. Very crisp and clean and refreshing. Suspect though it's a drink up - haven't found that Rose lasts so well into the next year. -

May 31, 2014 - Friends and I tasted this at the wineries 5/31/14 release party. It had a slightly reticent bouquet of strawberry, watermelon, mineral and spice aromas. The palate was crisp and sharp with flavors that followed the nose.
