December 30, 2016 - Delicious wine. Very concentrated fruit, strong and fruity but you can taste the terroir. High acidity and strong tannin but it's balanced and real good.

November 13, 2016 - Nice, but not exceptional. Solid, good roundness and structure, as others have noted, with deep flavor and color, and long finish. Some cherries and dirt in the mix.

November 1, 2016 - At Nick and Stef's steakhouse in NYC. They decanted the wine for us. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate is dark berries, dark plums, cedar, tobacco and a hint of chocolate. Moderate to long finish.
