  December 19, 2021 - From magnum. Lovely, light bodied paulliac. The profile is Latour in outline, but without the power or density. Fits like a beautifully tailored suit on a lean model. Incredible balance of tertiary leather, #2 pencil, pipe tobacco, with juicy and tart redcurrant fruit, and savory clay minerals. Still a hidden seam of tannic grip, but drinking at peak, at least from magnum.
