May 1, 2014 - Soirée Jura (Restaurant Madame Hu, Hamburg): Juicy, medium red. In the nose, quite reductive at first with a slight "stink". Gets better with air. Quite a nice fruit profile underneath the stink, some cherry, red and black currant, very friendly and inviting, not too complex. Juicy on the palate with fresh acidity, quite fragile, it starts with some sweetness on the mid-palate, but gets dry in the finish, which is fairly short.
