July 5, 2022 - Pale, crisp and steely. Quince and green apple notes, with hints of sweetness to make this enjoyable. Peach, melon, zingy acidity and overall class provided an enjoyable white experience.

June 5, 2020 - perfumed and floral with mid to lightweight body. Interesting wine and glad to have to tried it.

June 4, 2020 - Late to the Party Zoom (well, google) Tasting (Google Meet): Double blind tasting - guesses were all over the place, from riesling to ca chard. Interestingly nobody guess bordeaux blanc (though who would ever guess that?). Medium acidity, stone fruit, floral, no noticable alc despite the 14.2%. These Carlisle whites age nicely.

May 9, 2020 - Nicely balanced. Refreshing acidity wih touch of stone fruit sweetness paired surprisingly well with Ethiopian food (Doro Wat, Misir Wat, Gomen Wat, Injera) and Indian preserved kaffir/makrut lime (92)
