August 3, 2016 - Purple red with a cherry red hue.. Looks vibrant and young.
Nose: cherry, strawberry, touch of blackberry, licorice, leather, cedar oak, meatiness and a tad bid of stalk..
Palate: black cherry, blackberry, licorice, savoury vegetative growth, slightly earthy with vanilla cedary oak.. Medium bodied with good balance this wine is a year or 2 off it's best and will drink for many more...
