March 15, 2016 - Less fruit and baby fat than previous bottles. A strong tarry flavor that reminded me of mature Chinon. A good wine but a marginal pairing with corned beef and Brussel sprouts.

May 12, 2015 - Agree with previous reviewer. I've liked Maris wines in the past but I wasn't a super fan of this one. Wouldn't buy again unless it was to see if this was just not a good bottle.
