June 24, 2022 - Quite pale golden colour. Aroma of light citrus, fresh streams, dry straw, pineapple. Light flavour, although I suggest this will improve with some decanting, lemon, sour lollies, peach, green apple, chalky finish. Interesting but underwhelming. I will see how the bottles progresses over the next couple of days.

June 27, 2017 - Another top class Semillon from the Hunter valley.
Belford and Mistletoe vineyards ,hand picked,bunch pressed,cold fermentation,no oak.
The wine shows very little on the nose, maybe just a bit on the mineral side.
A light lemon flavour on the tongue that lingers for a while.
A clean and clear wine probably will last and change over the next 5 or so years.
