Community Tasting Notes 1

December 18, 2014 - Dark ruby color. Cherries and blackcurrant dominate the nose. With time a slight hint of undergrowth and spice. Palate appears very fruit-driven, mainly dark berries, revealing a touch of spice and acidity on the finish. Finishes medium-short. A real pleaser that especially my girlfriend enjoyed - for me it lacks a bit of minerality and balance. Not sure I would keep too long as the tannins appear quite soft already.
