September 30, 2016 - Liked this a lot. Nice mineral taste for a Chard, not much oak, just a really enjoyable wine

June 15, 2016 - A superb example of how White Burgundy can be wonderfully special and different, that reveals its full richness only after being opened for three days. Clear pale yellow. A penetrating nose combines the brightness of Sauvignon Blanc with the richness of Chardonnay interlaced with malolactic fermentation, lees, and oak. Swishing a sip around the mouth reveals the lemon citrus acidity typical with limestone soil along with the rich texture from extended lees contact and oak aging. The swallow unleashes a lemon citrus spike of acidity and fruit and coats the mouth with a touch of butter cream. A long lingering aftertaste plays through the full piano keyboard of flavors in the wine and ends with a final flourish that is clean, refreshing, and dry.
