March 31, 2024 - Similar notes as my last bottle of this wine. It is quite delicious and savory with a nice light red color with a lightly perfumed nose. It has soft red fruits, including raspberries and cherries, sour cherries, green tea, Asian spices, plus good minerality and acidity.

January 7, 2024 - This is another very nice bottle from 2012 and it is offering the same experience as the ones that I had enjoyed last year. It is quite delicious and savory with a nice light red color (no browning as one taster noted) with a lightly perfumed nose. It has soft red fruits, including raspberries and cherries, sour cherries, green tea, Asian spices, plus good minerality and acidity. This wine has been cellared since release at 55 degrees.

November 21, 2023 - This bottle is offering the same experience as the one I had earlier this year. It is quite delicious and savory with a nice light red color with a lightly perfumed nose. It is, of course, mature and ready to enjoy with light tannins. It has lovely red fruits, including raspberries and cherries, sour cherries, green tea, Asian spices, plus good minerality and acidity.

August 8, 2023 - The wine has a nice light red color with a lightly perfumed nose. It is, of course, mature and ready to enjoy with light tannins. It has lovely red fruits, including raspberries and cherries, plus good minerality and acidity. The wines from Pierre Guillemot are more lean than rich, but offer a nice burgundy experience.

May 22, 2022 - Color showing more brown than wanting on a wine this age, brick; nose shows some fennel and aged character, slightly cooked cherry, clay, enough fruit on the palate to carry through; very lackluster.
