October 24, 2023 - 90-minute decant. Deep dark magenta core, but lighter toward rim. Blackberry, plum, truffle dust, baker’s chocolate, violet, and subtle molasses. Dry, silky palate, with fine, lingering acidity. Full, round, medium intensity tannins on the longish finish.
This is still in its peak, which likely began a couple of years back. It’s now in the totally integrated, elegant phase. It kept improving over an hour of drinking.2 people found this helpful Comments (3) -

October 15, 2022 - Lush and rich. Long elegant finish and velvety mouth feel. Upfront flavors of boysenberry and cocoa finishing with tobacco and forest floor. Delicious. Perfect now especially with decanting
