  November 3, 2016 - APNr 2-588-656-22-09. Decanted for ~1.5 h. Pale gold. A- Not much on the nose. Hints of gala apples,herbs and rocks. P- More open of apples, minerals, herbs, tingly acids. Palate much better than nose with a mildly bitter grapefruit pith and citrus acids on back end. F-Nice moderate finish that mirrors palate. Less depth than time. Still very tasty but lacking aroma and depth compared to last time.

  December 12, 2015 - PnP. Opened for ~1 h. Pale gold. A-Gala and golden apples, crushed rocks. P- Follows aromas, nice minerality, mild grapefruit pith. F-Nice moderate finish that mirrors palate. Good depth. Nice acids. Very good quaff.
