  il s'est ouvert depuis la dernière fois, il goute bien mieux, il est plus en rondeur, plus aromatique et charmeur, avec cette fameuse finale fraiche et saline qui supplante l'attaque riche et fruitée. Un de mes rosés préférés à boire évolué.

  February 18, 2019 - Dinner at Jade Court (Chicago, IL): The ripeness here gives the sensation of some more rounded fruit, which is pretty nice for a "lowly" rose. It's fairly non-descript, but it's also not an uninteresting wine; I think there's a reasonable amount of interesting notes on the palate. I wish I got to this with a little more of a chill on it, as I think that would have amped up the freshness overall.

  September 1, 2018 - Bien dans ls style de la maison, riche, ample et assez puissant, minéral et complexe, ayant besoin d'air (c'est large, mais ça resserre en finale).
  Un Rosé de gastronomie aussi taillé pour la garde.
