March 2, 2024 - Much warmer and riper than I prefer - ripe and jammy red berries, garrigue, and tannin. $88 at cdc.

February 5, 2024 - Bought 3 375ml bottles at auction. Everyone of them showed brilliantly over the course of 4 months. Yesterday's bottle was no exception. A nose of leather, cedar, fresh earth. Nicely ripe on the palate with flavors of black fruits, that roasty/earthy mourvedre element, a touch of funk. Finished fresh and with good grip. Really nice.

December 7, 2023 - This was awesome! PnP. Insane nose. Bouquet of flowers with subtle earthy tones. Excellent depth and balance on the palate. Super refined. Awesome QPR. Glad I have 5 more bottles!

April 14, 2023 - Loads of chocolate bar, especially on the nose, with new leather, dried cherries, and loamy earth flavors. Lingering finish with fine-grained tannins. Balanced.

March 25, 2023 - Last bottle! Black fruit in front of a deep, dense, dark, meaty, herbal core. Finishes long on big, almost chunky tannin and decent acidity. Slight whiff of funk on the pop, blew off very quickly and was long gone an hour in, let alone by day 3. Absolutely delicious with a lamb stew. Give it a little air and a day or so after pop and this is sheer Provencal beauty...
