  August 8, 2020 - Color: deep garnet
  Nose: plum, anise, herbs, methol
  Taste: plum, raisin, cough syrup, cigar box
  This is a dense, structured wine with lots of fruit upfront mostly plum and raisin. Tannins are smooth and finish is medium.
  The wine is in a good approachable place now - drink and enjoy. I would guess 4+ more years.

  January 9, 2017 - Drinking well, lots of black fruits, espresso, tobacco and some mineral. Bakers chocolate on the finish. Drink now - 2025.

  December 15, 2016 - Very warm climate style - surprised it was from Washington. Fruit forward, full bodied. Syrah is dominant. It's very fresh still and is a pretty young wine. OVerall - I liked it - and it would be a good crowd pleaser. It is not overly complex but is a very well made wine.

  March 21, 2016 - Massive wall of fruit and tannin. Really needs to be left alone for a few more years in hopes it will become a bit more approachable. Nothing subtle here and not really my style for a Syrah dominated wine.
