August 26, 2014 - Moncur Cellars Pinot Noir (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): On the nose leather, concentrated berry, an almost medicinal balm note, spice and cream. In the mouth there is ripe, concentrated red berry fruit which still retains a juicy edge but that dissipates very quickly under a fine tannic grip
