July 22, 2020 - Very good.
Similar description to previously, though I'm rating it higher than the last one and more like my earlier tasting.
Colour: light burgundy and rose, brownish tinges
Bouquet: spicey, savoury, dried herbs, plum and cherry fruit
Palate: as bouquet, A little like an old Barolo still. Ultra dry plum fruit and black peppers, long finish, clean, balanced, medium bodied.

April 15, 2020 - Good.
Similar description to 5 years ago, though I don't rate it as highly. Has it declined in bottle, even though under screw cap?
Colour: light burgundy and rose, brownish tinges
Bouquet: spicey, savoury, dried herbs,
Palate: as bouquet, but not so luscious as I thought before. A little thin, like an old Barolo. Ultra dry plum fruit and black peppers, long finish, clean, balanced.

June 15, 2015 - Vey good-excellent, 13.5% alc.
Colour: light burgundy and rose, brownish tinges
Bouquet: spicey, savoury, dried herbs,
Palate: as bouquet, but with breathing fills out with luscious ultra dry plum fruit and black peppers, long finish, clean, balanced. Great style, a surprise. Excellent summer wine perhaps, though it opens out to medium bodied.
