February 18, 2024 - Slow Od for an hour. These have varied a bit in quality and intensity, but have never been less than outstanding. Fine tannins, notes of fresh cedar, a nice fruit mix.

January 28, 2023 - This wine is SO in its drinking window, and delicious. It paired very well with our host's lamb dish. Everyone wanted more. Cedar notes, fine, integrated tannins, lovely fruit.

July 26, 2022 - Slow O'd for four hours. Fine, powdery tannins, a nice snap to the wine; could use a bit more time, but outstanding overall.
