Community Tasting Notes 1

December 25, 2014 - The nose and palate are quite different. It smells of apricot and tropical fruit, especially papaya, with a touch of salty mineral – akin to a light Riesling stripped of any diesel-like notes. Then the taste is quite dry and almost bitter, like eating a Granny Smith apple covered in beeswax, followed by bites of a dry herb and pepper cracker.
