December 27, 2020 - My last magnum was a perfect partner for roast goose on Christmas Day followed by my penultimate Warres ‘63 bequeathed to me by my late father. Happy family. Happy memories. All in all a match made in heaven.

June 26, 2020 - Had 2 bottles, opened the first a month or two ago and was underwhelmed. Big difference this time around! Gorgeous burgundy style. Completely mature, long finish, no tannins. Opened bottle for about an hour, no decant. This wine was singing as soon as it hit the glass. Drink now if you are lucky enough to have it!

June 3, 2020 - Funky on the nose. Possibly flawed, but drank ok. Have 1more bottle so it will be interesting to see how that is. If you have this wine, do not hold.time to drink would seem to be now. No tannins, funky nose, long finish.

August 12, 2015 - Vive la France: Paris et l'Yonne; 8/11/2015-8/22/2015 (France): Still a dark color, aromatically a NSG textbook .
The palate reminds the elegance of their elders and although it is short sample is fully usable at this time.
Shared with Danielle at restaurant Au Bourguignon du Marais.

Todavía de un color obscuro, aromáticamente es un NSG de libro.
En boca recuerda a la elegancia de sus mayores y aunque es corta es totalmente aprovechable en este momento.
