  June 2, 2015 - I don't know about those people calling this wine light-bodied. Maybe, they are simply used to drinking overly-extracted Syrah bombs or something. No part of this wine is light or shy.
  
  The wine is definitely fruit forward, especially right out of the bottle. Lots of black fruits on the nose. Not too much in the way any vegetal characteristics. Alcohol is quite evident. Almost seems like there might be a touch of Syrah blended in.
  
  The structure definitely shows high alcohol. The grape tannins show more than the wood tannins.
  
  The palate confirms most of the nose of the wine with blackberries and currants along with some minor earth tones in the background. Some leather and tobacco, but not too much.
  
  Based on my first taste, I might wait to open another bottle for a couple of years until the fruit and the alcohol integrate a little better. It's not overly harsh, but could use some more time in the bottle before being consumed.

  May 23, 2015 - Very light, harsh and dominated by tannins and alcohol. Perhaps some people like it, I do not.

  October 2, 2014 - Possibly one of the best bottles of wine I've had. Very light Cabernet - I initially thought it was a Pinot - with cherry and berry flavours. A bit sharp on the tongue, it would probably benefit from a longer breathe or even a couple of more years in the bottle.
