Eye Drink Reds Likes this wine: 92 points
October 29, 2022 - Ripe cherry, cedar chest, sweet spices, earth. Good acidity with resolved tannins. Smooth, medium finish. Nice, mature Sangiovese that drank better I expected. Drink up.

March 28, 2021 - Very nice mature Sangiovese. Think this will be very good for several years, but no reason to wait.
Well perfumed nose - some fruit, very earthy - mushroom, tomato.
On the palate: Red fruit - cherry, raspberry, earthy mid palate lifting acidity, clean drying finish. Great structure. Finish is nice and long, but on the thinner side. -

June 9, 2019 - There was only slight evolution compared with the lovely bottle of about 4 years ago; perhaps a little more balsamic notes and first hints of development of English fruit cake touches, which I found in abundance in the 95. Very good.
