April 6, 2015 - Initially totally closed. After three days rest in the fridge notes of ripe white and yellow fruit on the flowery nose, intermingled with hints of wet stones. On the very refreshing palate the searing, citrus-like acidity balances out the sweetness. Persistent after-taste. Leave well alone for a long time. Only 7,5% alc.
