November 17, 2023 - Intensely fragrant floral, slightly soapy character on the nose (but in a good way). Pear. The nose on this is superb.
Lovely chalky texture, intense. Almost no mousse.
    Wonderful champagne, quite strict.

January 26, 2023 - This shows younger than another cuvee from the same vintage. Need more time

October 10, 2022 - This one keeps getting better. It was a wow wine, and it got better over the course of the meal. Especially, the crab cakes and the lobster made it even better. A longer finish than the last time I had it in ~2019, and it is a true reflection of the pinot blanc line of roses de jeanne. Great minerals on the nose and palate, and one I enjoyed going back to during the tasting. Among the 9 bubbles in the tasting, and the eight guests, 3-4 voted for this one as their WOTN (and the remaining put it as #2)

(purchased on release and stored temp control since- should have purchased more)

January 24, 2022 - These Boloree's are always fantastic. Intellectually stimulating are than 'wow', but enough 'wow' that, combined with how thoughtful it is, makes it the truly special wine it is. Wonderful interplay and balance.

    February 16, 2020 - Ultra Pure
    Sweet Fruits and Spices
    Lemon
    Very Chalky Mineral
    Tense, Chiseled
Good to drink now and a lot of potential
The most outstanding of Cedric Bouchard's wines. (Pinot Blanc 100%)
I'm willing to try again and again.
