December 24, 2022 - Lunch at Come-Into Chiuchow Restaurant with Louis: Tough to distinguish this and the Domprobst from the same vintage but I am going to try anyway. Both had good development but the citrus fruit on this was less overt, overall a more linear and taut wine whereas the Domprobst was fuller and creamier. Both were very enjoyable and textbook German Rieslings.

October 1, 2021 - Steely acid, trademark Willi charm, aged riesling notes (but no where near decline). While delicious, I find this vintage fairly lean and austere.

January 13, 2015 - Day 3 in the Mosel - Schaefer/Selbach-Oster/Prum (Mosel Saar Ruwer - Germany): Bits of mango, pineapple, and peach. Palate is lush with medium acidity. Certainly young, but I didn’t find this overly complex. Would love to chug a bottle at the beach.

June 18, 2014 - Refreshing wine with bright acidity with a nice mineral backbone and good length. Very pure fruit – slightly skinny maybe. 88-90
