May 24, 2023 - Very dark red color, 2mm clear edge. PNP, drank a glass plus over 3 hours. CF87%, CS13%. Got this on a flier recently thinking it might be a fun wine to try. I think the consensus was very positive. Pretty nose with nice fruit; strawberry, cassis, anise, graphite, a smidge of green pepper that seems fleeting. The palate is quite suave and silky, cassis, black cherry, wild berries, graphite, anise, medium plus bodied and finishing long and caressing with Christmas spice. Fun wine, would buy again.

April 9, 2023 - 4 hour decant. No one in our grouped guess this was a cab franc. Had no green or herbal notes. Too many wine for details but everyone loved this and the bottle disappeared very fast. Probably at its peak. I don't think I noticed much difference between when I sampled on opening and 4 hours later. Would buy again.

November 4, 2022 - This wine put a spell on me. Oh, the red fruit, deep red fruit. Cocoa, blueberry, crushed rose petal. And the tannins are still there, but just what is called for, not too much. Wow.....glad I have a few more.

March 31, 2022 - Beautiful wine, age has really done wonders for it and there is plenty of life left. Very elegant, smooth through the finish, soft, the good part of Cab Franc without the herbal qualities
